You can tell it's nine years ago, because last year, pre-Covid, it would have been thronging with thousands of bussed-in cruise tourists. The place is in utter chaos, having not seen the flood of tourism coming, and being far too slow to do anything when it did arrive (not helped by many of the attraction lands being privately owned).
