Apparently the USA has the "wrong" sort of oil that it is not geared up to refine. So it exports oil and imports oil it can refine!
With the failure of talks in Pakistan tensions are high again with President Trump threatening to blockade Iranian ports. Oil prices are rising again.

Times Radio is quite left wing with some of its reporting being absolute rubbish. It does have some okay segments but you have to take what they say very critically.
I don't agree with this war but the US blockading Iran is one of the first intelligent things they have done.
The world can't accept oil traffic paying a toll to Iran.
