How do they do it?

For less than £20 I have bought a tiny multi-band, multi-mode, RX from Banggood with delivery.  This is exceptional value.

Hopefully it will arrive! I ordered a WSPR transmitter from Banggood the other week. It arrived in the U.K. safely, then tracking it showed it was on its way to me for a week. Then I was advised it was being returned to China as I hadn’t collected it - except it was supposed to be delivered to my home and also I hadn’t been notified where I was theoretically to collect it from! I don’t blame Banggood, but I do blame the U.K. delivery company who have steadfastly refused to explain what happened.
