On my phone is an app called RepeaterBook that is supposed to have something called BlueCAT enabled, which I assume is some sort of CAT that works over BlueTooth.
I have an IC-705 but have no idea how to use BlueCAT. It looks like it should be useful. Any help would be appreciated.

It's a device (available from ML&S) that plugs into the Icom radio. An Android phone running the repeater app communicates with it using Bluetooth to set the radio's frequency and other releveant parameters.
