There is a planned collaboration between AMSAT-NA, the new AMSAT-CANADA, and AMSAT-EU for a geostationary satellite similar to OSCAR-100 but parked over South America. This would give coverage to Western Europe and the Americas. I don’t know what the time-frame is, but it won’t be quick!
