After several hours on 8m QRP TX FT8 on 40.680 MHz (it is now 2005z) I have again failed to get any spots from the USA, or anywhere else.
At some point I shall make it.
UPDATE 2025z: Now QRT.
Simple QRP projects, 10m, 8m, 6m, 4m, FT8, 160m, WSPR, LF/MF, sub-9kHz, nanowaves and other random stuff, some not related to amateur radio.

My 500mW stand-alone 10m WSPR beacon has been on since this afternoon. So far, 13 stations have spotted me.

Hello Roger, I doubt you going to make it this year. But as always....magic can happen. I probed 10m and 12m and compared to last year. It is a tiny bit better but we have to wait for a few weeks I think. What you probabely need is F2 enchanced with some ES. 10m however is not yet strong enough so I expect you have to wait for some more activity from the sun. 73, Bas
The MUF to the USA exceeded 36 MHz last week at times. This year is possible on F2 alone, although I stand a much better chance next year.
