My 500mW stand-alone 10m WSPR beacon has been on since this afternoon. So far, 13 stations have spotted me.

But to be the first that crossed the Atlantic with nothing but a spark, and a coherer at the receive end as the detector, quite something. I wish I had been there to have heard the first signals
Then go on, for his equipment to send the message CQD from the Titanic and help save several hundred and prove it all had worth..
