Both solar flux and sunspot number are lower today. Solar flux is 104 and sunspot number is 30 (K=3). The forecast for 10m propagation remains "poor". I think 10m will not be great today.
UPDATE 1625z: I have been wrong about 10m so many times! Today turned out to be another cracking day on 10m WSPR.

I have had the WSPR on 10m RX, and I have had three spots of VK2KRR until now, today.
The last week or two I have been listening a lot to beacons on 10, and 4X6TU, ZS6DN and 5B4CY have been almost daily visitors here the last 2-3 weeks. Also, I often hear some (I suspect) fishing buoys on several frequencies on 10. They appear to originate in the Eastern Mediterranean, as they mostly appear together with the 4X and 5B4 beacons.
10m is not dead, it just suffers from lack of activity.
I am trying to activate the band with some CW CQ calls, but lately not with much response.
I should probably try JT9/65 on 10.
Update : Just spotted VK6DZ on 10
I hope you are getting WSPR spots on 10 today, too.
