Google s doing a major restructuring according to the BBC. Apparently
this was a surprise move creating a new parent company called Alphabet
Inc..

What does this really mean?
Nothing to the user we won't notice any real difference, but I guess its some loop hole they can bundle their Billions through into an entwined web, losing and off loading money on the way, so they don't have to pay loads of tax!

Steve, sadly I suspect you may be right. This is likely to be more about tax than anything else.
