Hi Roger, how long are you in Jersey for? I could always lend you one of my Baofengs. There is a 2m repeater located in St. Helier. Vhf activity is quite limited here though.

Many thanks Andy. We travel home on Saturday. Everyone has been so kind. Excellent island. It has actually been quite nice NOT to have a radio and just enjoy the island!
OK Roger no problem. Its good that the weather has improved so that you can see the island in all its glory!
Safe trip back on Saturday.
Cheers
Andy
We have had good weather all week so we have been able to enjoy Jersey despite my "problems".
