Looking on eBay, just £6.99 will buy a 70cms unit with charger from Singapore. Tell me, how can ANYONE make money on these?

Thats the Chinese VFM for you, bring it all back to this country to make? No chance! No wonder Philips dumped Pye Telecomunications they could see what was coming years ago.
(PS) I have some BF888s they are not bad, programable via "free" software, and an optional lead.
