Kanga WSPR beacon

The most recent edition of Practical Wireless has a piece about the Kanga WSPR beacon kit.

It does not need a PC after its initial configuration. It also has a very stable TCXO which holds time accuracy for weeks.

It can TX WSPR on 2 different bands if you want. The RF output is 200mW.

As most parts are pre-populated, it looks a suitable, low cost kit for beginners. The kit is £44.99. It may also be used as a QRSS or CW beacon.

Sunspots - Friday September 11th

Solar flux is 115 and the SSN 90. A=9 and K=1.
