It looks like Hyundai has created an amazing battery at a plant in Georgia (USA I think). It charges fast and has a much longer life and does not need lithium. It does not significantly degrade at low temperatures. Oh, by the way, it is cheaper!
Waters and Stanton has a video introducing the ICOM IC-7110 transceiver.
It looks like a replacement for the IC-7100.
The European version includes 4m I understand.
My gear should be on at about 0915z.
UPDATE 1335z: Gear turned on at 0936z. 14 stations spotting me.
At about 0900z, I expect to turn my beacon on.

Solar flux is 102 and the SSN 73. A=6 and K=2.
