New neighbours and dahlias - NOT amateur radio

We are new in our area just moved down this way 3 weeks ago. I see folks looking at us wondering what we are all about......good or bad neighbours. The person who owned before us did not care for the grounds so I have cut the lawn, trimmed the hedges and did a general clean up. So I hope we are being looked at with a favourable eye?
