My wife made a collage of our walk at Quy near Cambridge yesterday. It was a pleasant walk down to the river and lake.

This morning, we went for a walk to Quy Hall, near Cambridge.

This fine house is about 10km from where we live. There are often some good birds here.

One of our favourite places is the walk down to the lake at nearby Stow-cum-Quy. It is a delightful spot about 6 miles away be car.

Quy, Near Cambridge

Every year they hold the Fenland Country Fair near here. At this time of the year it is very quiet. A few years ago I saw some kingfishers here. Today, a buzzard and a couple of little egrets flew over.
