On September 17th I ordered a Beofeng UV5 Mini via AliExpress. The money was taken from my PayPal account, but the order was not shown when I looked for it. I thought the order had been "lost in the system".
I contacted AliExpress who told me the order had been placed in a different way (paying via PayPal?) and to log in again using Google. The order appeared thankfully.
The goods are due to arrive in the coming days.
I have had no problems with AliExpress in the past. In fact I have been impressed.

I prefer Banggood to AliExpress their tracking is right on the ball.

There are several ways to log in at AliExpress as well as other chinese webshops. For example if you log in with a personal password you will get another page as when you log in with google or facebook or whatever possebility they give you. So far I always received everything I ordered at AliExpress. 73, Bas
The Aliexpress system is generally okay but it has crooked sellers in it. If your delivery does not occur by the due date then you must request a refund straight away. If the seller makes a propsal for you to wait some more time then don't do it.
Twice I have agreed to wait some more time and when that time expires with still no delivery and you claim a refund then Aliexpress will not agree because it says you have a private agreement with the seller.
