How do they do it?

Banggood is selling a handheld SSB transceiver covering 40, 20, 15 and 10m for just £95.93.  

I have no idea how they do this for this price and I have no idea of how well it works. I have never heard of this before.

I think it's a variant of usdx ? a few quid more and you can have the proper thing.
