Although I have not used them myself (yet), www.hamshop.cz has a range of interesting and useful parts and kits available for purchase by PayPal. They ship worldwide too. Check out the page in English. As far as I can see, the prices are quite reasonable too.

Wow, he sells one of those little Chinese AD9850 DDS modules you can buy on ebay for $4.50 USD. Unfortunately he's asking $18.32 or FOUR TIMES as much for them! A generic 4GB SD memory card is a whopping ten bucks.
On the other hand, his "Little Wire" kit is $7.65 or half as much as SeeedStudio's price.
Go figure.
There are some interesting kits and parts, like the replica tube Sputnik transmitter kit.
