UK Pound up - NOT amateur radio
Although I am at a loss to understand why, the UK Pound is up against almost all major currencies. Against the US Dollar and the Euro, yes, but the rest too?

Simple QRP projects, 10m, 8m, 6m, 4m, FT8, 160m, WSPR, LF/MF, sub-9kHz, nanowaves and other random stuff, some not related to amateur radio.
In our quiet part of the village is this delightful green. One of the trees has half its leaves of a different colour.

I know that the US dollar took a hit a few days ago and when it drops, most other currency gets stronger for awhile....maybe that's what has happened?
I think that a lot of currencies are tied (more or less loosely to, either the Dollar or the Euro, so that when the Pound gains value against those, it follows suit. I know for sure that Danish Kroner are tied to the Euro.
