Hello Roger, I do say "eh" a lot of times. I noticed that when I had to speak on my fathers funeral last summer. But did you ever notice that some people don't do that? Like people that have to think very fast for instance F1 drivers. I think it is also a matter of training yourself. 73, Bas PE4BAS
What about the older generations. I've constantly noticed between the ages 25-70, say the phrase " You know". I see it alot on TV channels when people are having interviews.
It frastrates me to the point I have to switch over as sometimes "you know" can be heard a few times in one sentence.
It will something you will be unable to not hear from now on!
I find it more irritating when people use the word like instead of the word said.
I was like do you want a cup of tea?And she was like yeah.
