1937 USA amateur allocations
Yesterday I came across this, which may be of interest especially to USA readers. Notice an amateur band at 11m, no 160m , no WARC bands and no 15m. I am sorry the chart is not clearer.
The Vhf ones are all harmonically related, 56 MHz band, 112 MHz and presumably later the 220 MHz band.I was reading a book about Howard Armstrong who invented Frequency Modulation amongst other things and a lot of initial tests were done around 120 MHz pre World War 2 with a radio amateur colleague.
