Both Ali-Express and the original manufacturer, I presume, make a profit!
I just cannot see how they do it. It is made in the Far East, shipped by air across the planet and easily cloned I am told.

Reception down to 18 and up to 1300MHz in AM/FM/SSB. Transmission in DSB/FM/AM also, but not in Airband and only with very low Power due to Filters in PA.
I managed FT8 Reception in 18/15 and 10 m with FT8CN and also a SSB-QSO over a couple of Kilometers.
