HI, SORRY BUT NO DECODE FROM YOU LAST NIGHT HERE. I WAS TRING OUT MY OWN EARTH-ELEKTROD ANTENNA! IT SEEMS TO WORK VERY GOOD ON BOTH 474kHz AND 137kHz AS WELL! I AM GETTING REPORTS FROM ALL OVER EUROPE EVEN IN DAYLIGHT. ON RX THE BEST WAS EB8 ISLANDs. MY ANTENNA IS 125 METER LONG STEEL FENCE WIRE GROUNDED AT BOTH ENDS. AT ONE END IS INSERTED A TOROID WITH 11 TURNS IN SERIES WITH ANTENNA WIRE. THE COAX IS CONNECTED ON TAP 7 FROM GROUND FOR BEST POWER OUT/ LOWEST SWR. THE SWR IS VERY LOW ON THE TRANSMITTER SIDE. MY INPUT POWER IS 100 WATTS. HALF OF THE FENCE WIRE IS 40CM ABOVE GROUND ON PLATIC ISOLATORS AND THE OTHER HALF IS JUST LAYING IN THE GRASS ON THE GROUND. TWO PLACES TRHE WIRE IS BURRIED 20CM UNDER GROUD (APPX 2X 3 METERS) DUE TO ROAD PASSING OVER IT. THE WHOLE ANTENNA IS 270 DEGREE SIMI CIRCLE IN SHAPE. 73'S JAN LA3EQ
Looks like you did have a good session on WSPR overnight.
I also left my station running and have now been spotted by EA8BFK over 2700kms away using your transverter design.
Just a reminder I posted details on my blog of split mode operation for 817 and how I use WSJT-X for JT9 contacts if it helps. Might not be the correct way but it seems to work. I've had 4 QSO's on this mode and plenty of stations out there too.
