I admit that I first spotted this on the Southgate News website. Looks like a useful add-on for the FT817, although installing looks more complicated than I expected.
Replacement for the FT817? Personally I think Yaesu have missed their chances through sheer inept marketing and this will NEVER happen. There was a rumour this would be announced at Dayton but it never came. I think they must be stupid!
What is happening about a replacement for the FT817, will we see a new model by the end of the year.
