Simple QRP projects, 10m, 8m, 6m, 4m, FT8, 160m, WSPR, LF/MF, sub-9kHz, nanowaves and other random stuff, some not related to amateur radio.
I guess the last few days of high geomagnetic activity has taken its toll on HF and 6m propagation. Looks like it is a bit better by now, but who knows if more flares are coming ?Maybe then I can get some use out of my newly mounted HF dipole ;)73 de Jan, OZ9QV
Yes, you may be right Jan although I am not sure what effect geomagnetic activity has on Es.
In my experience it has a detrimental effect on Es, with the possible exception of auroral "Es", or Auroral E, as some call it.73, Jan
