Today I was asked if I could provide a photo of my 8.97kHz TX so the RSGB president could use it at a convention in Northern Ireland. I was happy to oblige.
If anyone else needs to use photos from my website at www.g3xbm.co.uk or this blog I am usually happy to say "yes" but it is polite to ask first.
This is good for Amateur Radio. It does show after many years of being lost in the wilderness the RSGB is now trying to put the past behind it and taking a real interest in what it represents.

Thanks Steve. I think he wants to show that experimentation is happening at "both ends of the spectrum". As you may remember, I have also done work on "over the horizon" optical data communications. It is true that lots is happening at the edges!
