A quiet morning so far on 6m with a little GDX but no Es seen yet. M0EMM (192km) has exchanged spots with me around 1118z. Also local G4IKZ (18km). Otherwise quiet.
Conditions 20-30MHz are described as "good" with sunspots 183 with blackouts. Maybe I'll QSY to 10m later unless 6m improves?
Hello Roger, I wonder if we will ever have some decent ES propagation this year? I have not been able to be QRV last week and didn't miss anything I see. Though in Greece (SV2DCD) did make a QSO in CW with Alaska. Incredible! It's a advantage if you live more south (if you like 6m of course). 73, Bas
ReplyDeleteHi Bas,
ReplyDeleteI have just found 6m Es around Europe and Israel. Stuck to WSPR this year because of my poor health. In earlier summers I have heard Caribbean and North and South America on SSB/CW and even worked one USA station on CW with QRP (2007). You have had success on JT65 this season.
