Sunspots on the slide
Every day that passes I am more convinced than ever that the peak of cycle 24 has already passed and we are now on the downwards slope. If correct, this is one of the weakest cycles ever. It is still possible this is just a blip, but I think not.
It seems pretty obvious that this is the weakest cycle in a century, perhaps in the 200+ years that records have been maintained, but I don't think we've reached the peak just yet. I of course have no real expertise in these matters, so take that with a grain of salt.
I don't think it is a blip, either. I have given up on 17 meters and tuned the Buddistick to 20 meters. Not much there either.
