Apparently the digital archive of all things radio has now archived 75000 items.

website which has a large amount of archived material available as a pdf download, including Practical Wireless.
Yesterday I downloaded from the site the 1933 'Manual of Modern Radio' by John Scott Taggart who was well known as an authority on all things radio in that era.
